These Terms of Service govern the use of Full Value Dan Postiz ("the Service"), a self-hosted social media scheduling tool operated by Daniel Arreola ("we", "us") for managing his own social media accounts.
The Service is a private installation of the open-source Postiz software. It schedules and publishes content to social media accounts owned by the operator. There is no public registration, no public user accounts, and no content is published on behalf of any third party.
The Service is used only by its operator. Content published through it must comply with the terms of each connected social media platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Use of any third-party platform through the Service is also governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for changes to, or interruptions of, third-party platform services.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
